Will Rogers

Will Rogers brings a unique blend of creativity, strategic design, and technical expertise to his role as Managing Director at Resourced.

Committed to identifying transformational innovations that sustain long-term system impact, he is responsible for executing the organization's vision. He leads engagements with key partners, such as CGIAR Centers, BMGF, Sall Family Foundation, and Rockefeller Foundation, on large-scale initiatives that provide access to more nutritious foods and diverse, productive crops while transforming the livelihoods of smallholder farmers and agricultural value-chain entrepreneurs.

Prior to joining Resourced in 2015, Will was a management consultant for Fortune 500 companies in various sectors such as agriculture, industrial technology, and consumer goods, utilizing his skills to develop market entry strategies and facilitate path-to-market innovation.

Will holds an MBA from Hult International Business School in Shanghai and a BSc from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce. He has lived and worked extensively across many countries within Sub-Saharan Africa, China, Southeast Asia, and Western Europe.
